Accont FinGroup is a subsidiary of Accont Management Consulting in Poland focused on outsourcing of financial processes and interim management services to international groups. FinGroup Polska was marked out by Forbes Magazine (Dec 2006) among outsourcing companies in Poland in Finance and Accounting next to Hewlett Packard in IT and Shenker Polska in Logistics. Jolanata Kiełbowicz CEO - Beginning from May 2007 Jolanta Kielbowicz will be appointed as a CEO in FinGroup Polska. Jolanta was graduated in France and 14 years ago she joined LOREAL. After couple of years she was heading Quality Department in Polish LOREAL factory. She was a member of the Managing Board of the LOREAL in Poland. Two years ago she went abroad to supervise the Quality Department of LOREAL factories in China where she was also in the management of the LOREAL factories in China.

Jarosław Tuczko CEO– MBA, experienced in finance management in various companies. He worked at Gdański Bank as Director of Capital Investment Department, CITIBANK (Poland) as ABF Head, investment funds Eastbridge (EMPiK, Galeria Centrum, Dar Natury, Nałęczowianka, Mazowszanka, ZARA, SMYK) as Group Treasurer. Currently Managing Director at Accont FinGroup. He studied at Strathdyle University, Forham University and Citicorp Finance Professional Program. The best finance trainer in Poland according to KPMG research and PROFIT magazine. Author of books for financial community.
